Welcome

my little one is asking if she can cut the tips off of all of the ink pen tubes....why?  she thinks it will make it work better.  i can imagine blobs of leaking ink in red, blue, purple, green, pink, orange, black, turquoise and brown all over the floor.  i must admit those are pretty colors.  i heard that if you burn the tips of the pen, the ink will unclog and voila...you have a working pen.

can't find any working fiery instrument to burn the pen tips so that experiment will have to wait.

this is pretty much the routine in our day.  creativity and experimentation run amock in our household.  if i am not mindful of the little ones, i will find pen marks on the ceiling and i will wonder for days how the shorty ones could possible reach that high to make these marks.  (it has happened before...more than once.)

i choose a more controlled creativity making things that have some purposeful use while keeping it fun.  my husband, on the other hand, uses his creative skills to break things that he says he is fixing. (i just discovered that the recliner is in permanent recline position after being worked on a couple of days ago.)

currently, i have an etsy shop but i'm considering artfire because i like some of the features provided on artfire.  i'm not sure i can manage both so right now i'm going to do a trial on artfire while still updating my etsy shop.

with that introduction, i'd like to welcome you to my blog.  if you want to read post from my previous life, please visit my old blog.  i hope you come back again.  thanks!
